Food is indeed a very important part of our health. And when I say health it doesn't mean that it is just about our physical health. I do also mean and of course, I want to emphasize that it is also very vital for our mental health. We should always consider choosing the best types of foods that we will be eating because those foods will affect our lives and lifestyle. I would like to say as well that even though I haven't really understood this quote here, at least I was able to be reminded of how important food intake is.
